All images must meet the following specifications or they will be rejected and your product may potentially be withdrawn from any pending publications.

All product images must be supplied as JPG (but please retain the path), PSD, or TIFF . 

Company Logos, please send as VECTOR files.

• To minimise coding error, we request that images be renamed with the OPD Code/SKU number. If you do not know this, you can submit with the supplier code. 
• Image resolution must be a minimum of 300dpi. We are unable to use low-res images. 
• Image size should ideally be a minimum of 10cm (1200 pixels) along one side of the image. 
• Image format must be .tiff .psd .ai png .eps or jpg

Note you may only upload 25 images at a time. 

Due to the time and resource we incur in clipping, formatting and preparing images for use in publications and online we reserve the right to charge a processing fee of $20 ex GST per image (We will advise on this if it is necessary).

Alternatively if you do not have an image you can submit a physical sample to us for photography. This will incur a processing charge of $40 ex GST. This covers the cost of photography, editing and preparing your image for use.
